Fern Flamberg
Founder and President
Fern Flamberg is a marketing communications professional with over 30 years’ experience counseling brand-name companies, media agencies and innovative startups. She founded Workplace Wingmen to help executives, entrepreneurs and aspiring business leaders navigate and succeed in the U.S. workplace. An adjunct faculty member at Baruch/CUNY, Fern has a Certificate in English Language Teaching from Cambridge University, a BA in English literature and theater from SUNY Buffalo and a Masters degree from Columbia University.
Sandy Sloane
Trainer
Sandy Sloane has worked in workforce training and development, team building, special events, public relations, media, and journalism for three decades. Utilizing this vast experience, her consultancy, Solutions by Sloane, helps companies and organizations grow. Sandy speaks on a variety of topics and offers over twenty seminars and interactive workshops designed to ensure positive growth experiences for team members at all levels. Additionally, Sandy has produced special events for companies including Disney, Comcast, Burger King, Macy’s New York, NBC Universal, and a multitude of non-profits.

Nancy Maloy

Nancy Maloy has over 25 years experience as an educator, actor and public speaking coach. Using her own 5 Element System, she has helped high level professionals in fields ranging from law to finance to fashion and entertainment polish their communication skills, improve their diction and speak with authority and confidence. Nancy has a unique toolbox of vocal exercises and relaxation techniques that lets students unleash their best voices.

Karen Gray is an executive coach, consultant and adjunct faculty member at Fashion Institute of Technology. She is a veteran fashion retail executive and organizational development professional with extensive experience leading business units, coaching leaders and developing teams. Her seminars on executive presence have garnered a devoted audience of high-profile professionals, rising careerists and business school students.

Danny Flamberg
Trainer
Danny Flamberg, is a veteran marketing and advertising strategist, working with leading, insurgent and start-up brands around the globe. A world-class speaker, author and trainer, Danny has worked in almost every vertical industry developing innovative strategies for online media, relationship, database, mobile and social media marketing. He has held leadership roles at Opera Solutions, Publicis, SAP, Digitas, CellularOne, and 1-800-Mattress. Danny earned a BA and MA in political science and a Ph.D. in econometrics.
